Our practice is built around one simple idea. To care for families the way we would care for our own.
Every day, we focus on making visits calm and personal for both kids and adults. Being part of the Westwood community is very important for us. We love getting to know our patients and their families. One of the best parts of our work is seeing families come back again and again for their care.
Meet the Doctors
Behind every smile at Suh Family Dentistry are two skilled dentists who truly care about their patients.
Dr. Collin Suh
Dr. Collin Suh is a Bergen County native, born in NY and raised in Ridgewood, NJ through high school. From there, he attended Cornell University where he decided to pursue a career in dentistry. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He is currently an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and continues to expand his repertoire so he can provide his patients with the best care possible.
One thing Dr. Suh is passionate about is flipping the script on how people perceive dentists and dental care. He has seen many patients with needle anxiety or traumatic past dental experiences leave his chair relieved, comfortable, and even eager to return for their next appointment. He strongly believes that the journey to excellent oral health begins with a safe environment and a provider patients can trust.
When patients walk into the office, Dr. Collin Suh wants patients to feel like they’re getting a haircut. He believes dental visits should be carefree and patients should walk out feeling better than they were when they walked in.
Outside of dentistry, he loves many types of music- some that may come as a surprise to you! His favorite genres include hip-hop, 2000’s punk/emo and synth-pop.
His “must-have” before starting the workday is his cold-brew coffee. Dr. Suh says, “I was never a coffee drinker until I had kids. Now I understand why my Dad couldn’t miss a day without his morning coffee.”
Dr. Ga Young Suh
Dr. Ga Young Suh is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist who has been practicing dentistry for over nine years. She moved to Paramus, NJ in middle school and considers Bergen County her home. She went on to study Biomedical Engineering at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Her love for working with children led her to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry.
As a mother of three children, Dr. Ga understands firsthand how challenging it can be for parents to reinforce healthy dietary and oral hygiene habits for their children. She strives to create a judgment-free environment where parents feel empowered with practical guidance.
Dr. Ga is passionate about building genuine connections with her patients and their families. She believes that each child deserves an individualized approach to dental care based on his or her unique needs and personality.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ga enjoys spending time with her family and friends. One fun fact about Dr. Ga is that she has been on mission trips that have taken her all over the world, including Tanzania, Mexico, Costa Rica, and India. If Dr. Ga were not a dentist, she would love to be a detective. When she was younger, she enjoyed reading mystery books and trying to figure out the ending using clues. Unfortunately for her husband, her detective instinct has spoiled the ending of more movies than she would like to admit!
